BEST OF HOUZZ 2016

Over the last year Titan Architectural products focused a great deal of our efforts toward customer service. From the initial contact with our customers through the completion of their projects we have continuously striven to improve our communication, schedules, products and services. With a construction industry in upheaval after years of drought before a rather sudden and rapid growth it was not an easy endeavor. We experienced major shortages in skilled craftsmen, especially welders and fabricators, delays in scheduling from subcontractors, suppliers, etc., all while growing rapidly over previous years. Needless to say it was definitely a challenging year. It is therefore, with great pride that despite some hiccups along the way (often beyond our control although sometimes self inflicted) we have, for the second year running, earned Houzz.com’s prestigious “Best of” award for Service.

Houzz is far and away the leading home remodeling and design platform online. Houzz.com connects millions of homeowners, designers and building professionals across the country and around the world. With the largest residential design database in the world it is the easiest way for people to find inspiration, get advice, buy products and hire the professionals they need to help turn their ideas into reality.

Titan Architectural Products is a manufacturer of stairs and railing systems in all wood species and steel fabrication including stainless steel cable, glass, and architectural embellishments including fireplace mantels, awnings, fencing and gates. Unlike many in our industry we do not focus on the material, like typical steel fabricators or finish carpenters, but instead the staircase itself. We are therefore able to provide many components that that typically involve multiple trades and the related scheduling and design conflicts. As we continue to fine tune our systems we hope to continue improving our customers experience, design options, seamless scheduling and of course overall price and value.

Upon receiving our Service award this year we were contacted by Houzz. We were excited to learn that of the thousands of Pros on houzz.com only 3% earn the “Best of” awards. So it is with deep gratitude that we would like to thank all our customers of this past year, but especially those who were so gracious as to support us in achieving this award for the second year in a row. This recognition serves once again to excite and reinvigorate us and we are determined more than ever to continue improving, not only in customer service, but all aspects of our company, products and services.
